History:  

This car was exported to Australia in CKD (Completely Knocked Down) form as were a lot of British cars in period. They were built up by the local distributor and dispatched to the lucky new owner. This example was completely restored by a Landrover collector in Australia and used sparingly since. It had not suffered from corrosion in the same way that UK cars do and therefore was a pretty straight forward and rewarding restoration. Finished in Deep Bronze Green with Elephant Hides seats.Comes with canvas hood.  Beautifully detailed engine bays and superb mechanical condition.

I have two other Series 1 Land-Rovers available. A 1949 80 inch and a 1956 107 inch both from the same collector and in superb condition.
